NO HOARDING -  If we had extra stock sitting around it would be better to donate them to a hospital.

PACKAGING - Our masks for orders under 50 do not come in sealed packaging. Currently they only get sealed 50 PC at a time.  We are working on solutions to also provide these sealed as well. 

PRODUCTION - This part of the process usually only takes 2-3 days. However there is limited air flights so the queue to ship to our warehouses is what creates the  7 - 9 business day estimate

HANDLING TIME -​ We have added a fulfillment team in LA to ship along side of two separate teams in NY. This should help process more orders more efficiently. 

RANDOM COLOR - The color is no guarantee other than knowing they will be blue, grey or black.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER - There will be a shipping confirmation email sent to you when your order is being packaged and ready to be shipped. This tracking # may take 1-2 days to be updated because all of the shipping couriers are understaffed.
