AKINGS Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted during the pre-order window.
To request a cancellation, please email info@akings.com with your order number and full name.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted.


Returns

We accept returns within ten (10) days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must include all original tags, parts, and accessories

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return must be shipped within 10 days of delivery

  • Items from the same order must be returned together in one shipment

  • Return shipments must originate from the United States

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
AKINGS does not charge a restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit equal to the original purchase price of the returned item(s).


Final Sale Items

All final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes items marked as Final Sale, Archive, Limited Release, or Sale Collection.

No exceptions.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged upon delivery

To request an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please email info@akings.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If an exchange is approved:

  • Replacement is subject to availability

  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated


Size Adjustments (Pre-Orders Only)

During the pre-order window, we can assist with size changes if inventory allows.
Please email info@akings.com with your order number and requested size.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, size changes are no longer guaranteed.

AKINGS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning items.
