AKINGS is able to ship to P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses only with USPS. Any orders with P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses shipped with UPS will be cancelled.

An AKINGS representative will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

AKINGS is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and fees upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance on estimating additional custom costs.




We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this site. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The product you wish to return:

  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;

  • Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;

  • Must be sent in its original packaging;

  • Must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within ten (10) days from the date of delivery;

  • Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and

  • Must be shipped from the United States.


In certain circumstances detailed below, you shall be entitled to exchange your product for a different size or color of the same model. Exchanges are subject to product availability at our warehouse. The request for an exchange of the product is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Product exchange shall only apply to purchased products for which this possibility is expressly specified on the online return and exchange form on our website by means of the word "EXCHANGE" being available;

  2. You may only request the replacement of one or more purchased products with products of the same model, but in a different size and/or color. The available replacement options will be indicated in the online return and exchange form;

  3. You may request to exchange one or more purchased products within and not later than ten (10) days of the day you receive the products. The products to be replaced should be returned within ten (10) days of the day you received them;

  4. You may only submit a single replacement request for each product purchased;

  5. The products for which you request the replacement must be returned to us in their original packaging, they must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged, and they must still have their identification tag attached;

  6. The products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be returned to us in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse products of the same order that are shipped for replacement in different stages;

If all the above conditions are correctly fulfilled, we will process said request by sending you a relevant confirmation email.


After receiving the products to be exchange, we will inspect the products to check that all the above requirements have been fulfilled, we will then verify the actual availability of the replacement products in our warehouse to ensure that the size and/or color you have selected are available.

If the selected replacement products are not available in the warehouse, we will not be able to accept your request for an exchange and will refund you the original price of the products originally purchased in accordance with the procedures specified in this return policy.

If the selected products are available in the warehouse, we will accept your request for an exchange and will send you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. Shipment will occur within thirty (30) working days of the date from which we were made aware of your request for exchange. The costs for shipping the replacement products shall be borne by us.

When exchanging a product, if the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the chosen replacement product, you will be required to pay the relative price difference. However, if you choose to return the exchanged product in accordance with you legal rights within seven (7) working days of the day you received the product, you will receive a full store credit refund for the price paid for the original purchased product.

You will be contacted by us if your request for an exchange cannot be accepted because the above conditions have not been met. In this instance, we will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; Provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days from being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by provider's fulfillment house.

If you do not request the return or your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorized provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the products included on the site nor as to the merchandise being sold to you. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and there are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description of the merchandise contained on our order confirmation. Provider will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.


Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
