USA SHIPPING

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays. Please note, AKINGS does not ship on weekends.

AKINGS is able to ship to P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses only with USPS. Any orders with P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses shipped with UPS will be cancelled.

An AKINGS representative will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

AKINGS is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AKINGS ships internationally. Please email us at info@AKINGS.com if you're unsure about your country.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and fees upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance on estimating additional custom costs.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our updated policy regarding exchanges and returns. Effective June 28, 2023, all sales are final, and we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges for orders with at least a 30% discount. However, orders with less than a 29% discount or no discount are entitled to an exchange or store credit. Refunds will no longer be issued.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases on this site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or store credit for any unused products within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that all the following conditions have been met before sending any products back to us:

 

  • The product you wish to return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging.
  • The product must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within ten (10) days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be sent in one single shipment, and all products belonging to the same order must be returned together.
  • The product must be shipped from the United States.

 

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE

 

Under certain circumstances, you may be entitled to exchange your product for a different size or color of the same model. Please note the following conditions for product exchanges:

  • Product exchange applies only to purchased products for which the possibility of exchange is expressly specified on the online return and exchange form on our website, indicated by the word "EXCHANGE."
  • You may request the replacement of one or more purchased products with products of the same model, but in a different size and/or color. The available replacement options will be indicated in the online return and exchange form.
  • The request for a product exchange must be made within ten (10) days of receiving the products, and the products to be replaced should be returned within the same timeframe.
  • You may submit a single replacement request for each purchased product.
  • The products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmodified, undamaged, and with their identification tags attached.
  • If the products to be exchanged belong to the same order, they must be returned in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse products from the same order that are shipped for replacement in different stages.

If all the above conditions are fulfilled, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email.

 

DEADLINES AND PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE

 

Upon receiving the products to be exchanged, we will inspect them to ensure all the requirements have been met. We will also verify the availability of the replacement products in our warehouse, checking for the requested size and/or color.

If the selected replacement products are unavailable, we will be unable to accept your exchange request and will issue a store credit according to the original price of the purchased products.

If the selected products are available, we will accept your exchange request and send you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. The shipment will occur within thirty (30) working days from the date we were notified of your exchange request. The costs for shipping the replacement products will be covered by us.

During a product exchange, if the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the chosen replacement product, you will be required to pay the price difference. However, if you decide to return the exchanged product within seven (7) working days of receiving it, you will receive a full store credit.
